📝 活動內容
本活動分為兩個項目，旨在提升義工對心血管健康的關注：
1. 培訓工作坊
○ 認識高血壓及相關健康資訊
○ 由護士示範及指導，學習正確使用電子血壓計的方法
2. 社區實踐
○ 親身擺設街站及協助運作
○ 於街站為市民即場量度血壓
