Description
按2021年人口普查數據顯示及觀察得知，石蔭邨住有約超過30%為長者。部份長者因年老體弱而不方便外出，無法自如地出入參與社交活動。
是次關懷行動計劃由「香港房屋委員會」撥款資助，計劃期望透過義工上門探訪，讓基層長者能於冬日及接近春節期間可感受到一份溫暖。同時亦透過送暖關懷行動，連結人與人之間的關係，提升社區互助互愛的意識。
活動集合地點：基督教信義會葵涌長者鄰舍中心(葵涌石蔭邨石蔭商場平台A單位)活動室一
*探訪活動將最少以二人一組進行
*活動首半小時為探訪活動之預工準備(安排分組、簡介長者需要及講介探訪長者之注意事項等)，敬希準時出席。
