The JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM (JCVTP) is launching a new recognition programme to show appreciation to public volunteers. In addition to certificates of recognition, the programme is now offering unique rewards for volunteers’ commitment. JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM - Triple Exclusive Experiences
Once you sign up as a member and start volunteering through JCVTP, your valuable contributions will be recognised. When you have accumulated the required number of volunteer hours, you will be upgraded to the next membership tier.
The more volunteer hours you accumulate, the more experiences you can unlock. Each membership tier has its own exciting experiences, from personal well-being and leisure to surprising annual event. We strive to fully support your volunteer journey and cheer for your contributions.
You can also maximise the impact of your efforts by exchanging your volunteer hours for charity donations to help more people in need. Let’s pay it forward and encourage more people to join and make a difference!
JCVTP Membership Tiers
JCVTP membership has 4 tiers. Once you have accumulated the required number of annual volunteer hours*, you will be upgraded to the next membership tier and will be able to unlock a variety of unique experiences.

*Annual volunteer hours: volunteer hours accumulated between January 1 and December 31 each year.

About the Digital Certificate
All qualified volunteers can apply for an annual e-Certificate via the JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM for each calendar year.
Requirements to apply for an annual e-Certificate:
- •Cruiser Award: Accumulated at least 10 annual volunteer hours
- •Ambassador Award: Accumulated at least 25 annual volunteer hours
Remarks:
- •Each “calendar year” refers to the period between 1st January and 31st December each year.
- •Volunteers must have a registered account on the JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM.
- •Only volunteer hours for volunteer opportunities approved by the JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM will be counted.
- •The JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM only accepts volunteer hours recorded within 3 months of the end date of the volunteer service. For example, if a volunteer service is completed on 31 December, the volunteer hours record must be submitted by 31 March of the following year. Any record received after the stated period will NOT be processed.
- •All volunteer hours must be confirmed by the relevant organisations, volunteer matching platforms, and JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM before being displayed in the “Volunteer Records” section of “My Account”.
