It examines the broader effects on social determinants of health and guides resources allocation to promote health equity. Recognizing this importance, Health In Action is excited to offer a comprehensive 50-hour “Social Impact in Primary Care Boot Camp” to equip participants with knowledge and skills needed to conduct meaningful social impact assessments. This boot camp deepens your understanding and practical skills in social impact within primary care. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity!
