為有特殊教育需要（SEN）的學生進行模擬面試，幫助他們做好求職準備. 以面試官身份，為 SEN 學員進行一對一或小組模擬面試，模擬職場面試情境. 以 HR 專業角度審閱學員履歷，提供具體修改建議. 據學員的能力及興趣，給予求職方向及職場入門建議
