邀請願意踏上自癒之旅的你，成為我們的Youth Worker在陪伴的路上互相支持與成長，讓我們不再孤單。
我們將透過一系列培訓同支援，為Youth Worker 在裝備自己的同時，提供實踐機會。
Youth Worker 需知：
- 15歲-24歲的青年
- 願意及喜歡與年青人相處
- 工作期間薪金為$70/Hrs
成為Youth Worker的流程：
1. 報名申請：
截止日期：15/12/2025（星期日）
2. 面試：
有意申請成為修行者者需出席一次為時約30分鐘的個人面試。
3. 培訓與支援系統：
第一階段（01/25-02/25)：互相認識
透過宿營及聚會，認識中心服務、朋輩支援服務、自我探索、與青年建立關係、觀察與實踐。
支援系統：個人及朋輩督導
第二階段（03/25-08/25)：活動及修行buddy 的策劃及實踐
透過2節培訓，認識活動策劃和實踐的技巧及認識青少年精神健康概況與危機介入處理技巧。透過舉辦活動及進行修行buddy 的工作實踐所學。
支援系統：個人及朋輩督導
第三階段（09/25-12/25)：進階專業培訓
可申請參與專業的精神健康及理論培訓課程或工作坊
