Description
仁愛堂替假護老者「義氣仔女」培訓先導計劃，現正招募和培訓熱心服務長者之社區人士成為 「義氣仔女」 義工，服務對象主要為九龍城區內長者。課程由專業同工主理，包括：註冊社工、註冊護士、物理治療師或職業治療師，四節合共八小時。
課程內容：
- 基本家居照顧技巧 - 防跌技巧、簡單家居運動訓練
- 長者認知及心理健康支援 - 長者認知能力及遊戲訓練、簡單身體紓緩及放鬆技巧
- 護理相關知識 - 基本護理知識、生命表徵量度
- 長者溝通技巧 - 了解長者及護老者心理及溝通注意事項
