「惜物 ‧ 換物」環保回收計劃讓市民捐出打算捨棄而狀況良好的物件換取實用小禮品 (生活日用品)，藉此讓二手物件分享給有需要的人並幫助減少都市固體廢物，同時亦希望鼓勵市民養成回收好習慣，實踐低碳生活。
