賽馬會「環」遊八角回收及生態旅遊教育計劃致力於沙頭角禁區及周邊七條村落進行環保回收及可持續生態旅遊的公眾教育。透過不同的導賞團、工作坊、淨灘/村、藝術創作、自助遊、深度遊等形式，向公眾推廣綠色生活理念，提升社區對環境保育的關注與參與，促進文化傳承與社區共融
