Description
Help plan and coordinate our events and music shows for our new program (AI x Music) to empower underprivileged children & youth. Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event and music show . Expect volunteer to assist with at least one of the Fundraising and Networking events or music shows . Explore and advise registration process / system for the event . Meet the organising committee and brainstorm event ideas . Advise a timeline and execution plan. Suggest ways to invite guest speakers and partners. Attend a weekly meeting with our team to report progress. Volunteers with event planning experience is preferred
