課程目的: 1. 從態度、知識和技巧等方面裝備「樂齡友里」義工，懂得如何去接觸和支援其他患有抑鬱的長者； 2. 在社區中推廣晚年心理健康； 3. 加強對自身在心理健康上的管理能力，從而提升其心理健康。義工實習內容包括: 1. 直接服務，如院舍探訪、關懷電話、簡短篩查及講座協助等 2. 提高公眾意識，如街站、宣傳計劃服務等
