- Mind HK is a mental health charity dedicated to supporting individuals in Hong Kong. This year, we are excited to launch our very first line of merchandise, which includes a tote bag, a t-shirt, a set of three postcards, and a journal.The overall theme of our merchandise is "sunset and hope," reflecting our commitment to promoting mental well-being and positivity. To capture the essence of this theme, we are seeking a volunteer photographer to help us create appealing product shots during an outdoor photoshoot at sunset. We aim for warm and soft tones in the images to enhance the feeling of hope and tranquility associated with our brand.Your contribution will play a vital role in showcasing our merchandise and spreading awareness about mental health in our community. To support the volunteer photographer in getting started, we will provide the following resources:Visual Board:A curated visual board that captures the theme and aesthetic we aim to achieve, focusing on the "sunset and hope" concept. Models:We will arrange for models to showcase the products, helping to illustrate their use and appeal in real-life settings. Staff Support:Two dedicated staff members will be present during the photoshoot to assist with logistics, coordinate the session, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Briefing Call:A 30-minute briefing call will be conducted prior to the shoot to familiarize the volunteer with the theme, desired mood, and specific goals for the photography.Reference Photos:We will provide reference photos to guide the photographer in understanding our vision and ensuring consistency in style.These resources will help facilitate a productive and enjoyable photoshoot experience, allowing the volunteer to focus on capturing the essence of our merchandise.
