Description
以社區參與、知識共享、助人自助的理念去發掘及發展一群年輕長者成為關注邨內居家安老及長者精神健康的義工隊。今年除了延續到戶認知訓練，還將加入華富邨重建主題，讓長者即使面對環境轉變，都有義工定期陪伴及支援。透過探訪及協助長者進行「斷捨離」，簡單整理家居並尋找個人及華富邨的回憶物品，與長者一同進行生命回顧。
