Description
✭協助整合AI聊天系統的照顧資源數據，支援全港護老者照顧問題及搜索服務
📌 義工內容：
- 計劃會提供1小時安老照顧服務概覽及服務介紹
- 協助將照顧者常見問題(FAQ)分類成相關主題，方便 AI 系統快速檢索
- 整合服務點資料為統一格式，確保資料準確性及一致性
- 協助標籤及連結資源，以提升 AI 回覆的質素
- 需具備文書處理、Excel 編輯及網上表格資料處理的能力

🕒 服務時數：12 小時
⏱️ 服務時段：可與義工協調可服務日期，於任何周一至周五，上午(9:30-13:30)或下午(14:30-18:30)
🛠️ 所需技能：數據輸入、溝通能力、數據管理、資料理解與分類
⏱️ 經驗：歡迎所有人士 / 學生參與

聖雅各福群會 賽馬會656照顧者好幫「搜 」為護老者提供資訊、資源及咨詢的線上平台。你的參與將直接提升資料庫及 AI 聊天系統的準確性與回應效率，讓照顧者更容易找到可靠、可負擔的支援服務，協助長者居家安老。我們會提供簡介會、數據庫使用介紹、培訓教材及資訊管理系統，團隊亦會持續支援及提供回饋予服務義工。
