Serve-a-thon: Deliver Daily Necessities to Homeless People in Central

Description: On this Central Kindness Walk, you will see a wide range of individuals in great need and serve roughly 15 homeless individuals. Apart from building connections with the homeless community, you will provide and distribute necessities including food, drink and toiletries to the needy. ImpactHK’s aim for these walks is to build trust through kindness. As a charity they are on the streets at least once per day and their focus on building friendships is giving people a true second chance. In order to sustain housing and job creation initiatives by ImpactHK, we encourage each participant to donate $100 or more. This walk starts from the Central Pier No.3, and takes around 1 hour to complete. Bring a reusable bag to carry the items to hand out. Remarks: Volunteers between the ages of 10 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult to join this Kindness Walk. The guardian must first sign up for this activity. After successful registration, please email hohk@handonhongkong.org to sign the child up. Volunteers between the ages of 15 and 18 who want to join the activity without an adult must obtain prior parental consent and email this to HandsOn Hong Kong in order to successfully register for the activity. All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with Hands On and sign up for the activity. 描述：在中環仁愛行中，你將會接觸到大概15名露宿者，居住在此社區的長者，以及該地區服務的清潔工。通過此次活動，你會看到許多需要幫助的人。 服務歡迎孩子在家長的陪同下參與（10嵗以上，16歲以下）。 ImpactHK主旨是爲了通過這些服務， 與露宿者建立信賴關係。 作爲一個慈善組織，他們每天至少一次會上街與露宿者接觸，建立友誼，爲他們帶來離開大街的第二次機會。 為了令這個計劃能持續發展，我們鼓勵每一個義工捐助港幣$100以上。 所有參與這個活動的義工都必須是牽手香港的註冊義工。如有親友希望參與是次活動，必須先註冊成為牽手香港的義工，然後登記此活動。 10至14歲的志工必須由成人陪同方可參與本次步行活動。監護人需先報名參加此活動。 成功報名後，請寄電子郵件至hohk@handonhongkong.org為孩子登記參與。15至18歲的義工若希望在沒有成人陪同的情況下參加活動，需事先獲得家長同意，並將家長同意書發送至HandsOn Hong Kong（電郵地址同上），方可成功報名活動。
