Description
Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development initiatives. Assist with volunteer recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling. Help prepare role postings and onboarding materials. Help design learning and development activities, such as various kinds of skill training and mentoring. Works about 2 to 3 full-day (9:30 to 17:30) a week with a total hours not less than 380 hours during a period of 3 months or more. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants hands‑on HR experience in a meaningful NGO setting. Knowledge of human resources management HRM or strong interest to develop HRM career is a plus. Able to work both independently and with a team. We value empathy, respect, proactivity, reliability, integrity, and a strong service mindset aligned with Crossroads’ mission. Good organisation and attention to detail. Good level of English language proficiency, knowledge of Chinese is preferable
