- Do you have a knack for writing and a passion for social impact? We need a Grant Specialist to help us identify funding opportunities and craft compelling proposals. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to support our work in employment, awareness training, and community inclusion for neurodivergent individuals. Prior experience in grant writing is preferred. As our Grant Specialist, you’ll have the tools and guidance needed to make an immediate impact. Here’s what we’ll provide to help you hit the ground running:✅ Organizational Overview and Strategic Priorities - We’ll equip you with a clear understanding of Talos Foundation’s mission, key focus areas, and impact goals—so your proposals are aligned with our voice and values.✅ Access to Key Leadership and Programme Teams - You’ll collaborate directly with our leadership team and programme leads to gather real stories, data, and insights that strengthen every proposal.✅ Proposal Templates and Brand Materials - We’ll provide templates, talking points, and branded materials to support consistency and clarity in your writing.✅ Funding Prospect List - You’ll receive access to a curated list of funding opportunities, including leads we’ve identified across corporate, foundation, and government sources.✅ Collaborative Work Style - We’re committed to creating a supportive and responsive environment—where your expertise is valued, and your ideas are welcomed.
