單元一：培訓工作坊
10月-11月：共2節，每節3小時
教授8位青年義工有關精神健康(花藝療癒)及活動策劃技巧。
地點：筲箕灣青年空間
單元二：打氣活動準備
10月-11月：共2節，每節3小時
由8位青年義工學習相關活動知識及準備相關活動於各區青年空間舉行活動。
日期：
單元一/ 二
(1) 第一節： 11月7日(星期五) 1900-2200：義工花藝紥作技巧
(2) 第二節：11月8日(星期五) 1900-2200：義工精神健康訓練
(2) 第三節：11月 21 日 (星期五) 1900-2200：義工花藝紥作技巧
(3) 第四節：11月22日(星期六) 1900-2100：義工花藝教學技巧
*地點：筲箕灣青年空間
對象/人數：中學生或以上/ 8-10位
單元四：打氣活動-花藝工作坊
11-12月：由青年義工於各區青年空間舉行打氣花藝療癒工作坊活動，教授中小學生，於活動中為中小學生提供情緒支緩、營造熱鬧正向氣氛。(共6節、每節2小時) 每節8位參加者。
日期：(1) 11月28日(星期五) 1900-2100 -Ls (康城)
(2) 12月 6 日 (星期六) 1900-2100 - WTH (橫頭磡)
(3) 12月12日(星期五) 1900-2100 -TP(大埔)
(4) 12月22日(星期一) 1500-1700 -TW(荃灣)
(5) 12月22日(星期一) 1900-2100 - SW(筲箕灣)
(6) 12月27日(星期六) 1000-1200 - HSK(洪水橋)
服務地點：
6間青年空間 - 筲箕灣、大埔、荃灣、橫頭磡、天水圍、康城
出席培訓：75%或以上
出席實習：最少3次 (其中一次擔任PGM I/C)
