「綠活」= 綠色生活，「鄰舍」點出社區感，溫馨且行動導向，透過工作坊、環保遊戲、製作攤位、展覽攤位和二手物派發，邀請市民用輕鬆有趣的方式，鼓勵市民以一個綠色，健康的習慣度過本次節日。完成當天義工出席，將會獲得午膳津貼,車船津貼。
