Description
委派到指定中學，帶領青少年義工領袖進行團隊活動，協助學校義工團隊之發展，及與青年分享自己的義工經驗及興趣. 參與4C義工培訓日 (19/9/2026)，計劃簡介會 (3/10/2026) ，以及聯校培訓宿營預營 (17/10/2026). 參與進階領袖培訓營 (7/11/2026)，兩場聯校培訓宿營（其中一次為負責學校所參與的場次） （2026年11月至12月）. 參與畢業分享日營 (3/7/2027). 出席每三個月一次的團隊導師會議，由本局委派到指定中學，擔任義工團團隊導師，於平日下午時段到校與青年義工團開會 （實際次數按需要而定，需與學校商議，彈性處理，約每個月一至兩次）. 與青年義工團分享自己的義工經驗，帶領他們親身體驗，分享自己的興趣. 帶領青年義工團參與服務，支援他們策劃義工服務，提升個人素質，促進個人成長. 與學校負責老師及義工團領袖緊密聯繫，瞭解及跟進團隊的發展，定期匯報進度. 具備兩年協調義工及策劃義工服務經驗優先 / 擁有青年師友經驗優先

- 「4C青年義工領袖計劃」自2009年開展，透過義務工作的培訓、策劃、執行及反思，讓青年學習欣賞自己的優點，建立自信，並勇於面對挑戰，加強青年對社會的歸屬感，關注社會議題，於關愛他人同時願意作出承擔，為社會帶來積極正面的影響，從而促進青年的個人素質成長。計劃透過培訓為青年義工領袖裝備4C素質（Confidence自信、Care關懷、Commitment承擔、Courage勇氣），並協助學校於校內建立具承擔的核心義工團隊，瞭解社區及服務對象需要，發揮創意及才能，自行組織、策劃及帶領校內同學參與義工服務，發揮青年義工力量，推廣義工精神。 本計劃將提供不同的義工培訓及與中學生同行的機會。加入計劃前需要進行甄選面見。
