Description
本計劃為青年提供多元化的職場訓練及在單位實習的機會，讓青年學習前線支援及接待技巧、策劃及帶領活動技巧。青年能透過職場訓練和體驗，培養正確的工作態度，學習基本工作技巧，學習團體合作和溝通技巧、提升個人能力感和自信心，為將來升學就業裝備自己。
參加者需經過面試甄選，成功入選者將接受單位職員的正式培訓。
面試：24/6(三)、26/6(五) 15:00-20:30 (約45分鐘)
職前培訓：10/7、17/7 (五) 19:00-20:30
實習：13/7-22/8 (共6星期) 中心開放時段 (輪班)
中期聚會：29/7 (三) 18:30-20:00
總結回顧：19/8 (三) 18:30-20:00
費用：$50

- *每星期須最少當值2天，共4節(16小時) *每當值8小時，包括1小時膳食時間 *除中心實習外，需要協助外出活動 *培訓及當值可計算義工時數，滿50小時將獲發義工時數證書 *當值須穿著制服T-shirt *活動費用：$50（可經青協會員易報名，或於社職報名後由職員聯絡安排）
