Description
於20世紀初建成的元洲仔法定古蹟建築及花園，進行大自然體驗活動，透過五感體驗及互動小遊戲，探索大自然與自身的關係，重建與大自然的聯結，提升對日常生活之美的覺察力，在細微的感知拼圖中，更了解自己，提升內在幸福感。 活動後將會進行淨灘活動，體驗大自然之美。

- 1. 活動包括戶外探索，可能需坐於草地上。參加者需穿著輕便服裝及運動鞋或遠足鞋。 2. 活動鼓勵源頭減廢，請避免使用即棄用品(自備水樽)。 3. 參加者需自備車資、防蚊用品、少量乾糧作補給。 4. 採取防曬措施，如帶備帽及塗搽防曬乳。 如有需要，請帶備雨衣或雨傘。 5. 參加者於活動期間必須聽從職員及導師指示，以免發生危險。
