Description
Oversee and coordinate interactive storytelling classes at local schools. Coordinate and arrange the venue set up, equipment, props and materials necessary for storytelling, literacy games and students’ role-play performances. Keeping track of time during the class and ensuring that all elements are executed. Ensure that all class volunteers understand the logistics and their responsibilities. The Event Manager is expected to attend a minimum of 8 out of the 14 classes in the location chosen. Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Windows operating systems is required. You may choose among these schools (indicate which one you prefer in your application): St. Joseph’s Primary School (Kowloon Bay), Our Lady of China Catholic Primary School (Kwun Tong), Leung Sing Tak Primary School (Tai Po), Ching Kok Secondary School (Tiu Keng Leng), Sham Shui Po Kaifong Welfare Assoc. Primary School. You can choose Saturday classes 10:00am - 12:30pm or weekday classes
