「賽馬會樂齡同行計劃」為參與「樂齡友里」義工計劃的長者訂立了一個培訓課程，幫助社區內高危或有抑鬱風險的長者，同時增強個人面對晚晴挑戰所需的適應能力。日期：2025年9月5、12、19、26日及10月3、10日(逄星期五) 時間：上午9:30-12:30 名額︰30位 (需通過社工篩選) 對象︰50歲或以上社區人士地點︰聖公會將軍澳安老服務大樓 (地址︰新界將軍澳寶琳北路101號地下) 課程費用：全免 (是次義工培訓課程費用由賽馬會慈善信托內容：(1)修讀精神健康急救課程(關懷長者版)、(2)認識賽馬會樂齡同行計劃及精神健康推廣組、(3)實地考察(外出活動)、(4)實習、(5)參加樂齡同學會聚會(外出活動) 備註：參加者必須確認可出席培訓報名方法： 1. 先填寫網上問卷登記報名: https://forms.gle/MNtuMztg6uUDWoEZ6 2. 如有查詢，可致電27029897與王淑芬姑娘 /梁芷淇姑娘聯絡
