Seek highly capable professionals with significant corporate standing to provide robust governance and strategic direction. Ideally, applicants should hold either Australian Citizenship and/or residency, and be 18 years of age (or above) - Applicants who do not fulfill this requirement may still apply. Governance & Fiduciary Duties - Compliance, Financial Prudence, Risk Management, Conflicts of Interest. Strategic Oversight - Mission Delivery, Performance Monitoring, Stakeholder Accountability. Brand Stewardship & Networking (Critical Focus) - Ambassadorship, Network Leverage, Fundraising Support. Leadership - Has good leadership skills to lead the future cohort of volunteers from our Australia entity. Has an outgoing personality to welcome new volunteers and connect Sunshine Action with charities across Australia
