計畫招募與長者同行伙伴，成為「護護送」義工。4節課程會由社工及職業治療師主講，包括提供基本護送及溝通技巧等。期望透過定期探訪及活動鼓勵華富邨內有需要長者重新走進社區，每月最少探訪2次，時間彈性
