Description
在開展義工服務前，透過一連串的訓練包括歷奇活動、任務挑戰項目及弱勢社群體驗時間，讓參加者發掘到自身的潛能及他人的優點，加強參加者的自信心和同理心，同時亦使他們在過程中學習與人相處，通過交流和分享，以及互相學習和鼓勵，訓練出有效溝通及優質義工的元素。
三日兩夜的活動中，亦會為參加者提供義工技巧訓練，亦讓參加者認識社區中的不同需要，以及自身可以如何實踐公民責任，以更好地履行義工的使命和責任。而四個自選義工服務，由參加者自選感興趣的部份，開展體驗不同範疇的第一步。
