協助導師讓小朋友通過學習解難，團隊合作，發展小領袖才能。各類團隊啟導活動包括低結構（Low Event）、閃避球、攻防箭或軟彈射擊等，加強學員體適能基本元素協調，中、平衡、敏捷性等。
