Remarks
  • Fun‑Tastic delivers diverse community programmes across Hong Kong, including regular elderly health screening outreach, youth reading schemes and youth talent development projects. Our services cater to two major groups: elderly residents and young volunteers. Currently, limited internal marketing capacity means many of our impactful grassroots activities do not get enough online exposure. Elderly in Hong Kong are most active on Facebook and WhatsApp, while youth engage heavily on Instagram, Threads and YouTube. This remote social media volunteer role bridges this gap. The volunteer will craft audience‑appropriate bilingual content to share our community stories, raise awareness of our free wellness services and recruit more volunteers to join our community projects. Fun‑Tastic will provide brand guidelines, past social media samples, image libraries and project factsheets for reference. The coordinator will run an onboarding briefing covering our mission, ongoing projects and communication tone for elderly and youth audiences. The team supplies raw event photos, key messages and story materials so the volunteer does not need to source original footage or photos independently. Weekly short virtual check‑ins are held to answer questions and provide timely feedback. A volunteer service certificate will be issued upon completion of service. Creative suggestions are welcome, while we provide clear communication boundaries for non‑profit community messaging.
