Description
Help us shape and deliver a communications strategy . Help develop a three-year sustainable Media/PR strategy and roadmap. Assist in outreaching and building relationships with media outlets and journalists . Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR strategies with storytelling campaigns that grow awareness and support fundraising. Assist in the development of media kits, fact sheets, and promotional materials that communicate our impact. Build a simple framework or toolkit our team can use to sustain media outreach after the project ends

- We're looking for a Media/PR Strategist to help us shape and deliver a communications strategy that raises EmpowerU's public profile and shares our work more widely. We will provide access to our brand guidelines, the performance and impact delivered by our organisation, creative assets, or other information in need to prepare communication materials. Volunteers will receive onboarding, collaboration tools and ongoing support via our weekly/ biweekly check-ins with our Marketing and Communications Manager and/or Executive Director.
