Remarks
- The IMPACT Mentorship Program 2025/26 is a year-long initiative that pairs underprivileged primary school students (ages 6–14) with caring youth mentors (ages 15–25) for one-on-one support. Through monthly group experiences and mini growth tasks, the program guides mentees in building essential life skills—such as emotional regulation, communication, empathy, and problem-solving—that are often overlooked in traditional academics. Since its founding, the program has supported hundreds of students by nurturing their self-confidence, motivation, and personal development through consistent mentorship and purposeful engagement. We offer a structured onboarding process that includes a comprehensive online mentor training covering child safety, communication, and the IMPACT life skills framework. Volunteers also benefit from peer support opportunities, a clear reporting system, and ongoing staff support to help them navigate challenges and grow in their role.
