邀請有志服務社區或參與社會體驗的青年，以四場工作坊打開【認識及探討精神健康】之門，讓我們一起成為「同行練習生」。 ❶ 真人圖書館—走進復元人士的經歷與故事。 ❷ 咖啡館的對話—一件蛋糕、一杯茶，伴隨我們以不同視角出發，就照顧者、朋輩支援與自我照顧議題進行辯論和對話。 ❸ 療癒練習—動手製作！屬於自己的「鏡畫」 ❹ 同行互助—認識社區資源，共創支援地圖。
