與視障人士參與活動，投入社會，建立共融社區. 與視障人士一起做運動. 以WhatsApp為主要溝通平台. 活動當日：（1）30分鐘簡介及學習與視障人士溝通技巧. （2）活動前後為視障人士領路. （3）輔助視障朋友學習雙節棍. （4）協助活動安全及順利進行

- 「香港賽馬會社區資助計劃 — 一 『瞳』起動口述影像計劃」由香港口述影像協會主辦、香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助，目的是讓視障人士透過口述影像的協助享有平等的機會參與各類型文化、運動及戶外活動，提升他們的社會參與，促進社會共融。此計劃培訓專業口述影像員，亦定期舉辦各種口述影像活動，於活動期間為視障人士提供優質口述影像服務及觸感配套輔助，提高視障人士對活動內容的理解和知識，並增加視障人士與健視人士的互動。 ●活動前的技巧學習 ●活動後深化對口述影像認識及其他相關技巧
