Description
2026年1月份期間舉行。各區鄰舍隊於進行「愛心響鈴」行動，全港義工致電關懷全港合共400戶鄰舍。
計劃目的：
- 保持鄰里網絡的聯繫
- 了解近況 （關心寒冬將至的生活需要 / 關心經濟不景對經濟的壓力）
- 了解有否緊急狀況，需要支援
義工職責：
- 接受義工訓練，地點是荃灣青年空間
- 兩位青年義工一組，合力致電關懷7至9戶鄰舍 (每位探訪戶電話聯絡1至2次，探訪戶方便的時間內就可以致電，最好是日間時間，請不要在同一星期內不停打電話給探訪戶)
- 提供有用資訊 (例如介紹社區設施、支援熱線)
- 自行填寫Google Form及MS Form紀錄
- 如遇上有困難的探訪對象，請詳細記錄實際情況在資助申請表格上，並與職員商討，考慮是否可以代購禦寒物資(須附上證明)；再由職員及義工一同送上探訪戶家中，每個案資助上限為$2,000，申請資助截止日期為2026年1月19日下午5時
