Description
Set up, provide event assistance, and manage the back stage at our concert. Event is on December 6 2025, 6:00pm - 7:30pm, please arrive at 4pm for preparation & rehearsal and stay until the wrap up around 8:30pm . Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event . Help set up & run the reception desks and crowd control. Backstage management (performers, order of program) for smooth running of the event . Volunteers with event experience or concert/music knowledge is a plus

- This concert will feature an enchanting array of performances, including solo, duet, and group ensembles, showcasing the vibrant creativity of Hong Kong’s emerging talent. There will be 200 people in the audience. A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
