【葵青區「樂齡友里」義工培訓證書課程開始招募啦🎉】
如果你對了解長者精神健康有興趣，並且希望陪同受情緒困擾的長者，參加課程讓你能認識長者面對不同精神健康情況，學習關心同處理情緒嘅技巧💪🏻💕
培訓當中包括：計劃簡介、精神健康急救(關懷長者版)、社區資源介紹、地區服務參觀
詳情如下：
日期：2027年1月7、12、14、 19、 21、26、28日 (星期二及四)
時間：上午10:00至下午1:00（每節共3小時）
地點：葵涌大窩口邨富安樓地下21-22號（安泰軒(葵涌)）
對象：50歲或以上人士、懂得閲讀及書寫中文
費用：全免
*備註：報名後須經簡易問卷評估與甄選
