本中心乃區內一所非牟利耆英地區中心，自二零零零年投入服務至今，一直以社區照顧模式提供多元化服務，滿足區內長者的需要。
中秋節將至，為讓慈雲山區內長者感受節日氣氛及社區人士的關心，本中心凝聚區內義工力量，舉辦「福餅贈老傳溫情2025」活動，集結社區的力量，安排義工登門探訪獨居/雙老同住長者，送贈月餅，共渡中秋佳節，共建關懷社區。
