1. 服務機構提供茶點及證書 2. 良好溝通技巧，流利英語 3. 具備基本的電腦技能 4. 服務機構將評估義工能否勝任有關工作，並進行相關甄選，義工錄取通知書將於7月底開始發放 5. 專業、可靠、負責、有禮、守時、耐心、善於與人互動、互動並提供協助 6. 熱情積極，具有良好的團隊合作精神及能夠處理給定訊息並將其傳達給相關人員 7. 服務日期待商議，義工可選擇一個或多個服務時段
