課程目的:
1. 從態度、知識和技巧等方面裝備「樂齡友里」義工，懂得如何去接觸和支援其他患有抑鬱的長者；
2. 在社區中推廣晚年心理健康；
3. 加強對自身在心理健康上的管理能力，從而提升其心理健康。

- (1)訓練課堂詳情: 日期: 2026年5月7日、5月14日及5月21日(星期四) 時間: 上午10:00-下午5:00 地點: 夢創成真Dream Room (九龍荔枝角長沙灣道760號4樓C室) (2)義工服務 日期: 2026年6月6日(星期六) 時間: 下午13:00-下午5:30 集合地點: 新生精神康復會(石硤尾南昌街332號) 另需完成其他實習內容，所有義工服務時數共6小時 (3)社區服務參觀 日期: 2026年5月28日(星期四) 時間: 上午10:00-12:00 地點: 新生精神康復會(石硤尾南昌街332號) 參加者必須完成18小時的訓練課堂、6小時的義工服務及2小時的社區服務參觀。 完成課程後，參加者可以: 獲得「精神健康急救(關懷長者版)」之修業證書 獲得香港大學發出的「樂齡友里」義工嘉許證書 成為社區義工，協助及推廣成人精神健康 遞交申請後，計劃職員將會稍後透過電話聯絡，進行簡單評估以確實報名。
