今次活動由太平山青年獅子會（ LEO CLUB OF TAI PING SHAN ) 舉辦，L=Leadership ; E=Experience ; O=Opportunity，我地係青少年義工服務團體，透過舉辦義工服務為社區出一分力。
我地希望透過「太平青召25-26 青年義工領袖訓練計劃」發掘青少年嘅領袖潛能，同時希望參加者可以有籌備義工服務嘅機會。除此之外，我地都希望可以凝聚志同道合嘅在學在職青年，係計劃完結後繼續一齊透過舉辦唔同類型嘅活動中共同成長。
