Time: 1pm to 6pm
Location: Head Office, The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon (Address: 61 Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City); or
2.
Date: July 21-25, 2025 (Monday to Friday)
Time: 10:00am to 7:30pm

*If you have received the flag bag but are unable to attend the flag-selling activity on July 26 due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact 2272 9808 to inform us and return the unused flag bag to our head office (Address: 61 Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City) before July 26.
🔸Volunteer Rewards
- Each volunteer who participates on Flag Day will be awarded an “e-certificate of participation” and volunteer service hours (3 hours).
- The “e-certificate of participation” will be sent via email within 2 months after the event ends.

- 🔸 Event Detail and Enrollment - Volunteers will receive a “Volunteer Confirmation Letter” via email within 5 working days after successful enrollment. - “Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Statement”: https://bit.ly/4iskpsE - “Event Terms and Conditions”: http://bit.ly/42ylquO 🌟Under Immigration Regulations, a person who volunteers in Hong Kong must possess a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or an Employment Visa approved by the Immigration Department. 🔸Individual Volunteer - Individual volunteers must reach 14 years old (as of July 26, 2025), and each will be given ONE flag bag. - Volunteers aged under 18 must obtain the consent from their parents or guardians to participate. 🔸Family Volunteers - Main contact person for Family Volunteers (no more than 3 people per group) must be aged 18 or above (as of July 26, 2025). - Each group will be given and share ONE flag bag. - If you require for more than ONE flag bag, please contact 2272 9808. - Volunteers aged under 14 must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian. - Each parent or guardian is able to accompany up to 2 volunteers under the age of 14 to participate on Flag Day at the same time. 🌟After submission of the enrollment form, you will be deemed to have read and understood the “Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Statement” and promised to comply with the “Event Terms and Conditions”.
