Help us to take photos at Pycon Hong Kong on 14-15 Nov. Your Own Gear: DSLR, mirrorless camera, or a flagship smartphone—all imaging setups are welcome. Stage & Speaker Coverage: Helping us document the energy on stage by capturing clear, engaging shots of keynote speakers, presentation slides, and audience reactions. Group & Team Keepsakes: Assisting with well-coordinated group photos of our speakers, core organizers, and volunteer teams. Timely Photo Sharing: Uploading high-resolution JPEG files (either raw or lightly edited) to a shared drive within 24 to 48 hours after the event so we can celebrate and share the highlights with our community

Our core team will support you every step of the way.Preparation & Hands-on Alignment: Volunteers will join our regular organizing syncs and pre-event workflow walkthroughs to familiarize themselves with the venue layout, stage lighting conditions, and photo submission workflows.Access & On-Site Facilities: We provide dedicated event media passes, clear venue schedules, power/charging station access, and shared cloud drive storage for seamless high-resolution photo uploads.Core Support & Recognition: Full on-site coordination, meal and refreshment arrangements.
