Remarks
  • Crossroads Foundation is a Hong Kong based, non-profit organisation serving global need. We believe that, in a broken world that sees too much suffering, we should do all we can to link those who are in need with those who can provide help. So we provide an intersection, literally a crossroads, to bring both together, through 4 'global services' (https://www.crossroads.org.hk/home/our-work/). Our 90-acre commercial site is nestled between Tai Lam Country Park and the Gold Coast. The beautiful natural environment and our Global Handicrafts Fair Trade Shop and Café attract a number of visitors as well as those joining our volunteer and simulation programmes. Prescribed recipes will be provided, and further training will be provided to the volunteer to ensure they can handle the daily duties. The recruitment for the role of barista is ongoing, volunteers are welcome to extend their volunteering beyond three months.
