Requirements:
- Volunteers must be 18 years or older
- Friendly and patient with the elderly, able to express themselves in English
- Interested in participating in community volunteer services
- Possess basic knowledge of mobile applications and computers
- Preference given to those with experience interacting with ethnic minorities
