想知道你餐盤裡的美食，如何影響地球的未來嗎？我們誠邀青年與家人一同參與，透過互動遊戲與動手實踐，展開一場「從農場到餐桌」的探索之旅！
📅 日期：2026年1月24日 (星期六)
🕙 時間：上午10:00 - 12:30
📍 地點：紅磡德豐街18號海濱廣場1座大堂集合
🗣 語言：以普通話授課為主，並適時輔以廣東話教學
工作坊亮點：
🔍 任務一：破解食物碳足跡
像偵探一樣，為不同食物排序，揭開「一塊牛排」背後隱藏的碳排放秘密。
👩🍳 任務二：食譜改良實驗室
動動腦筋，將經典家常菜變身成既美味又低碳的未來料理！
🥒 動手做：低碳越南米紙卷工作坊
即場製作並品嚐清新低碳小食，體驗可持續飲食的樂趣。
📜 完成所有挑戰後，每位參加者將獲頒「食物可持續發展工作坊」證書！
