- 1. 因計劃需要，服務機構要求50歲或以上義工，能讀寫中文及有熱誠 2. 費用全免 3. 報名後，將會有負責同事電話聯絡，參加者需接受簡單篩選 4. 完成培訓課程後，服務機構將會提供6小時的義工服務及2小時的社區服務參觀 5. 出席率達100%的參加者可獲發「精神健康急救課程(關懷長者版)」修業證書 6. 完成指定的義工服務時數可獲發香港大學「樂齡友里」義工證書
