Description
居安互「寶」關護計劃屬「『秀』親情‧鄰舍關護」的新階段發展，運用「社、福、醫、校、商」跨界別協作模式於觀塘區推行。以「居家安老」為介入點，將上階段計劃於秀茂坪邨建立的義工網絡和「樓長制」延伸至寶達邨，透過招募及培訓新樓長，定期探訪及關懷區內有需要長者，建立鄰舍支援網絡；透過組織和培訓區內人士成立「家安」義工隊，為區內有需要人士提供支援；同時，成立「時間銀行」，推動區內不同年齡地區人士參與社區，建立互助互惠文化。計劃亦會與不同界別協作夥伴成立「互協顧問團」，共同關注及回應居民需要。
活動目的：1. 在秀茂坪、寶達區內培育一班熱心義工，為獨居長者送上溫暖
2. 加強居民對長者居家安老的資訊，構建長遠護老者網絡
