Description
由香港社會企業總會及社會創建慈善主辦的「耆樂大本營」計劃，旨在於2025-2027年間，推動社會企業為居住在私營安老院舍的長者舉辧不同活動，以擴展他們的社交網絡和促進心理健康。同時，計劃亦希望透過年輕長者(Young-old)陪伴年長長者(Old-old)參與活動，令他們找到樂趣，發揮自己的專長也能讓年長長者接觸日常生活以外的人，感受到外間的關懷。
