是次活動為一次性工作坊，目標為使各位公眾人士也可以感受長者在年紀老化時身體不同部位會遇上的各種情況，促進隔代共融。活動過程輕鬆，在室內進行體驗，參加義工只需投入和嘗試即可，沒有特定要求。如果你也有志服務長者，誠邀你前來感受一次，打開對長者族群的同理心和認識！
