每位幼兒都值得在安全、溫暖的環境中成長。🤲🏻
他們需要被看見、被理解、被允許慢慢試錯🫶🏻
他們同樣有開心、生氣、害怕、傷心，但往往只會以喊泣、退縮或拉住大人衣角來表達😿
正因幼兒尚未懂得保護自己，我們設立「幼兒安全守護員──Cozer青年培訓計劃」😊
邀請18-24歲青年一同學習與陪伴💖
計劃包含6次訓練及4次實習💁🏻
🩵認識2–6歲幼兒身心特性與情緒表達
🩵學習情緒識別與正向陪伴技巧
🩵建立界線同時尊重幼兒感受
🩵幼兒活動設計、風險評估與現場帶領
完成訓練後，在4次真實場景中實踐所學，觀察幼兒反應、調整方法，並從互動中累積經驗與信心💪🏻
透過這段旅程，你會更明白幼兒的需要，也更懂得如何成為他們身邊可靠的大人👐🏻
